Technical indicators of egg quality analyzer: egg weight measurement, protein height measurement, yolk color measurement, Haff value display, yolk height, etc., can be used for egg grade calculation. The Haff value of eggs is an indicator specified by the US Department of Agriculture's egg standards for testing and indicating the freshness of eggs. Currently, this indicator is also used in China, and it is mainly divided into four levels: AA level: 72 or higher; Grade A: 71-60; B-level: 59 to 31; Grade C: 30 or lower.
