The food safety comprehensive analyzer produced by Shandong Yuntang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. adopts a multifunctional integration and box instrument integration design. It uses a high-strength safety protection box as the carrier and integrates multiple detection functions internally. It is suitable for units such as food and drug supervision bureaus, health departments, higher education institutions, research institutes, agriculture and rural bureaus, food deep processing enterprises, and inspection and quarantine departments.

1. Functional composition: It mainly includes a spectrophotometric module, a new pesticide residue detection module, a colloidal gold detection module, a fluorescence detection module, a digital management module, etc. All modules are integrated into one, which can quickly detect more than 200 food safety items, such as veterinary drug residues, pesticide residues, illegal additives, bacterial values and other indicators.

2. Types of test samples: tableware and kitchen utensils, fruits and vegetables and their products, aquatic products and their products, livestock and poultry products and their products, infant and toddler dairy products and milk powder products, honey, grain and oil and their products, seasonings (vinegar, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt, etc.), alcoholic beverages and their products, edible fungi, beverages, egg drug residues (eggs, duck eggs, etc.), rice and bean products, candies and pastries (small food), potatoes and puffed foods, bottled (barrel) drinking water, food with added food coloring, food with additives, and related foods containing toxic and harmful substances.

3. Display screen: The instrument adopts a 15.6-inch LCD touch screen display, paired with the Android intelligent operating system. The main control chip adopts ARM Cortex-A7, RK3288/4-core processor, with a main frequency of 1.88GHz, easy to operate, and stronger performance.

4. Power supply mode: The instrument can be used for both AC and DC, with a 12V DC power supply. It can be connected to a car power supply and is equipped with an 18ah high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery. The battery level can be displayed in real time and can work continuously for at least 4 hours without an external power supply.

5. Detection channel: ≥ 24 channels; Adopting a precision rotating colorimetric cell design and using the same chip and light source for calibration accuracy, it solves the error values between different light sources, making it more accurate and efficient. It uses high-precision imported four wavelength cold light sources, each channel is equipped with 410, 520, 590, and 630nm wavelength light sources, and comes standard with advanced optical path switching devices. 7. Storage method: Supports USB storage, two standard USB interfaces, no driver installation required. The storage capacity of the test results is over 200000 pieces, and it can generate Excel spreadsheets for copying, with login protection function.

8. Operating system: The instrument can automatically correspond to relevant detection channels on the same detection interface, selecting no less than 11 sample names at once without exiting the interface, saving operation time. And each channel attribute and sample information can be edited separately, such as the sending unit, personnel, testing personnel, etc. When printing, check the print display option.

9.
